Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance:

85% refund of the total tour price (15% cancellation fee)

(Administrative fees are non-refundable.)

  • Cancellations made between 46 and 60 days in advance:

70% refund of the total tour price (30% cancellation fee)

(Administrative fees are non-refundable.)

  • Cancellations made between 45 and 32 days in advance:

50% refund of the total tour price

(Administrative fees are non-refundable.)

  • Cancellations made with less than 32 days’ notice:

No refund will be issued.

  • Changes to date or destination:

➜ Allowed only with more than 32 days’ notice, subject to availability.

➜ Additional charges may apply due to rate differences, operational costs, or service modifications.

  • No-show:

➜ Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point on the scheduled date and time will result in no refund.

Refund Procedure

  1. The client must contact the GALAISLAND Customer Service Team via email.
  2. The team will verify whether the request complies with the deadlines established in this policy.
  3. If the refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method or the one indicated by the advisor.
  4. Estimated refund processing time: 5 to 7 business days.

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY DUE TO NATURAL FACTORS

Exceptional Conditions

In the event of unforeseen natural events (storms, hurricanes, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, among others) that compromise participant safety, GALAISLAND reserves the right to suspend or modify tour itineraries.

Advance Notice

Whenever possible, GALAISLAND will notify clients as far in advance as possible regarding any tour cancellation or modification due to external factors.

Client Options

  • Rescheduling: The client may reschedule the tour at no additional cost, subject to availability.
  • Tour Change: If the activity is canceled due to natural causes, the client may choose an alternative tour, subject to availability.
  • Refund: If rescheduling is not feasible and the client does not wish to change dates, no refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs within the month prior to the tour.
